EINFÜHRUNG DE 1. Unsere Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen / Abmessungen Damit Sie Ihre Möbel / Sideboards für die Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen sicher entwerfen können, brauchen Sie einige Informationen und Maßangaben unserer Produkte. In den beiden Zeichnungen unten sehen Sie die wichtigsten Radien, Winkel und Abmessungen unserer Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen. EINFÜHRUNG DE 3. Einbauvarianten Wir unterscheiden zwischen zwei Einbauvarianten: Typ A (Aufliegend) Die Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne wird im Korpus versenkt. Der Rand liegt auf den Seitenrändern auf und trägt die Wanne. Ab 360 mm Breite empfehlen wir einen Zwischenboden, auf dem die Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne aufliegt und getragen wird. Typ V (Versenkt) Die Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne wird im Korpus versenkt und steht direkt auf dem Zwischenboden des Möbelkorpus. 4. Der Rand Je nach Modellserie und Farbe, haben die Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen einen umlaufenden Rand von 5 – 40, 5 – 30 oder 10 – 40 mm. Der umlaufende Rand ist auch ein Qualitätsmerkmal, da das Möbel vor Feuchtigkeit oder einer nicht genauen Bewässerung durch den Endkunden geschützt wird. Dieser spielt eine elementare Rolle bei der genauen Anpassung der Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne in Ihrem Möbelkorpus. (Mehr dazu auf Seite 6). 1 2 Flexibler Rand (bis zu 30/40 mm) erlaubt die Verwendung verschiedener Wandstärken Ihrer Möbel und ... ... maßgenaue Anpassung der Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen durch das Zuschneiden an das Möbel-Außenmaß. Zuschnitt erfolgt werkseitig.
EINFÜHRUNG DE 5. Materialstärken und Wannengrößen Je nach benötigter Höhe der Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne, werden diese in drei unterschiedlichen Materialstärken gefertigt: 3, 6 und 8 mm. Die Zeichnungen zeigen Maße der Pflanzen-Kunststoffwannen, die Sie bei ver- schiedenen Höhen und Materialstärken erreichen können. Das Breitenraster folgt in der Regel in 30 – 40 mm Schritten. Das Längenmaß ist ohne Aufpreis frei wählbar. EINFÜHRUNG DE 6. Flexibler Umgang mit den Maßtabellen Hier wird ein Beispiel gezeigt, wie Sie mit der Maßtabelle arbeiten können, ohne ein Fixmaß in der Tabelle gefunden zu haben. Ihr Korpusmaß L und B beträgt 102 x 35 cm, Materialstärke des Korpus 2 cm. Wählen Sie in der Tabelle Maße, die knapp unter Ihrer Bemaßung liegen, hier 100 cm für die Länge und 33 cm für die Breite. Typ A Katalogmaß: 33 x 100 cm, plus 3 cm Rand* umlaufend = 39 x 106 cm Randaußenmaß für Typ A. So schließt der Rand des Korpus per- fekt mit dem Möbel ab. Typ V Katalogmaß: 33 x 100 cm, plus 1 cm Rand* umlaufend = 35 x 102 cm Randaußenmaß für Typ V. So wird die Wanne exakt im Korpus versenkt. Rand auf 3 cm angepasst Rand auf 1cm angepasst * Sie erinnern sich, dass der Rand bis zu 30/40 mm Spielraum hat und angepasst werden kann.

Bestellungen / Anfragen Für Ihre Anfragen oder Bestellungen schicken Sie uns bitte immer Zeichnungen / Entwürfe mit dem Lichte-Innenmaß und der Materialstärke des Möbelstücks (1) oder genaue Maße Ihrer gewünschten Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne (2). Sie definieren in Ihrem Projekt den Platz für Ihre Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne. Den Rest übernehmen wir! Sie entwerfen eine Pflanzen-Kunststoffwanne nach unseren technischen Vorgaben, die in Ihrem Projekt passgenau integriert ist. Our plastic planter tubs / Measurements In order to design your furniture / sideboards for the plastic planter tubs with certainty, you need some information and the dimensions of our products. In the two diagrams below, you will find the most important radii, angles and measurements for our plastic planter tubs. INTRODUCTION EN 3. Built-in variants We distinguish between two built-in variants:: Type O (Overlaid) The plastic planter tub is recessed into the body of the item. The rim sits on the edges and supports the tub. From a width of 360 mm, we recommend an internal shelf on which the tub can rest and which supports the tub. Type R (Recessed) The plastic planter tub is recessed into the body of the item and is resting directly on the internal shelf of the item of furniture. 4. The rim Depending on the model series and colour, the planter tubs have a surrounding edge of 5 – 40, 5 – 30 or 10 – 40 mm. The surrounding rim is a mark of quality, as this protects the furniture from moisture or imprecise watering by the end customer. It plays an essential role in the precise fitting of the plastic planter tub to the body of your item of furniture (for more, see page 12). 1 2 Flexible rim (up to 30/40 mm) allows for the use of various thicknesses for the side walls of your furniture and … ... a tailor-made fit of the plastic planter tub to the dimensions of the item of furniture. Fitting is carried out at the factory.
INTRODUCTION EN 5. Material thicknesses and tub sizes Depending on the required height of the plastic planter tub, they are manufactured in three different material thicknesses: 3, 6 and 8 mm. The diagrams show the dimensions of the plastic planter tubs which can be achieved for various heights and material thicknesses. The width intervals are generally in steps of 30 – 40 mm. The length can be freely selected at no additional cost. INTRODUCTION EN 6. Flexible handling of the dimension tables This example shows how you can use the dimension tables without having found a specific fixed dimension. The length and width of your furniture body is 102 x 35 cm, the thickness of the material is 2 cm. In the table, select the measurement which is slightly less than your dimension, in this case 100 cm for the length and 33 cm for the width. Type O Catalog dimension: 33 x 100 cm, plus 3 cm surrounding rim* = 39 x 106 cm external rim measurement for Type O. Then the rim will fit perfectly with the item of furniture. Es erfolgt eine Form- berechnung und ggf. eine neue grafische Darstellung, die Sie zur Ansicht und zur Produktionsfreigabe erhalten. The shape is then calculated and, if necessary, a new graphic representation is sent to you to review and release for production. 4 SONDERFORMEN – INDIVIDUELLE FORMEN DER PFLANZGEFÄßE SPECIAL SHAPES – CUSTOM SHAPES FOR PLANT CONTAINERS
Die Produktion von außergewöhnlichen Wannenformen wird mit den gleichen Qualitäts- ansprüchen und Fertigungsprozessen der Serienproduktion im Tiefziehverfahren durchgeführt. Komplexere Wannenformen können im Schweißverfahren entsprechend der Richtlinien des DVS (Deutscher Verband für Schweißen) gefertigt werden. Hier werden PE-Platten mit 6 mm Materialstärke eingesetzt. Einzelanfertigungen sind jederzeit möglich. Die vorlie- gende TÜV-Bescheinigung nach DVS 2212-1 sichert auch für diesen Produktionsprozess den gewohnten Qualitätsstandard. The production of unusual tub shapes is carried out with the same attention to quality and form-molding manufacturing processes as in serial production. More complex tub shapes can be produced using a welding process according to the guidelines of the DVS [Deutscher Verband für Schweißen (German Welding Association)]. Here, 6 mm thick PE sheets are used. Custom manufacturing is possible at any time. Die Europa- norm EN wird von allen Pflanzenproduzenten eingehalten. Die Standardhöhe der Kulturtöpfe beträgt 190 mm und wird in den Serien Standard ST und Universal UVM berücksichtigt. Eine wei- tere genormte Kulturtopfhöhe für Kleinpflanzen beträgt 120 mm. Dies wird mit der Serie UVM als Sonderhöhe von 130 mm abgedeckt.
